It is a javascript plugin that was written to render related products on a product details page in a slide show.
You visually design the layout for your slideshow and it is automatically installed to your ProStores ecommerce Store.

Prostores now allows ALL merchants (Professional eCommerce and Professional eCommerce Plus merchants) to associate as many related products to any given product.
However, if you have more than 4 related products, your products details page gets clunky.
The slideshow solves this problem by displaying 3 products at a time and allowing you the flexibility to automatically scroll the slideshow or click on the next and previous buttons for navigation.
If your customer turns off JavaScript support on his browser, the plugin will render an html version of the related products.
It is supported by Internet explorer 5.5 and higher, FireFox 1.0 and higher, Chrome, and Opera 8.0 and higher.
If your product details page is accessed by a customer whose browser does not support the
Related product slideshow, we automically render the static html version of your related products.
In order words, your customers will never get an error message. They will either see the slideshow or the
static html list provided by ProStores.
Related Products slideshow was writen to work with SSML, a Prostores proprietary programming language;
as a result, the slideshow will only work with ProStores sites.
Because we use ProStores XTE Web services to automatically upload the scripts for the slide to
your store, the software will not successfully publish the slide if your host does not support XTE web services or
if your host has not enabled Related Product Slideshow application.
Related product slideshow was specifically created to be used in the Product Details - Related Products Template.
This is the only page it can be used. A version of the slideshow that can be used on your StoreFront Template will be released shortly.
You are free to use this plugin on any Prostore site you own and in any Store Version.
You don't have to be connected to the internet to build/customize your related products slideshow.
You do have to be connected to the internet to Publish the slide show to your ProStores eCommerce site.
You also need to be connected to the internet to view the Faqs and video tutorials.
Windows 2000 or higher; Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or higher. The installer will automatically install the
appropriate Microsoft .NET framework version.
It determines if the slideshow will automatically scroll, or if it will be manually scrolled by clicking on the next and previous buttons.
When Auto Scroll is set to true, the next and previous buttons will not be displayed.
It sets the number of slides moved during each slide action
It sets the amount of time that elapses between each slide action. The greater the interval, the
slower the slideshow. This setting only applies when the Auto Scroll setting is set to true.
This is the total number of visible slides displayed in the slideshow.
In order to gain optimal results, we have set limits for values that can be set for each of the slideshow settings.
